Qualifying for the award in the category of Customer Experience, Elim Care’s Caley House Community displays a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services.

Throughout its history of serving the community, Elim’s Caley House Assisted Living facility has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every client is met. Over the course of 2017, a sampling of Caley Houses’ customers and their families have participated in monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate Elim Care in specific categories.

Every month, Caley House has gathered its real-time survey results in order to gain a better understanding of the patient’s needs and make improvements when necessary.
